NLRB Meeting6/11/2006
Are you an employee, employer or union representative
who has questions about workplace rights?
Experienced representatives of the National Labor Relations Board ( NLRB ) will be at the St. Louis County Library Headquarters at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, June 20, 2006 to answer questions and discuss the National Labor Relations Act.
Some examples of the questions that will be addressed:
Can employees discuss their wages and benefits with each other?
How can employees express concerns about working conditions?
What rights do employees have to get an election through the NLRB?
What are the obligations that unions have to the employees they represent?
What are employer’s obligations to bargain with unions?
